					<div class='et-box-content'>How to make:</div></div></strong></p>
<p>1. Take boiled potato and peel it. Mash it coarsely and keep aside.</p>
<p>2. In a bowl mix paneer, onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves and all dry ingredients and mix well. Let it marinate for about 2 minutes.</p>
<p>3. In a pan heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add marinated mixture and cook for 2minutes.</p>
<p>4. Add mash potato mixture in the pan and mix well for 2 minutes. Remove stuffing from heat.</p>
<p>5. Cut the brown edges of all the bread slices. Now take one slice of bread on your palm and sprinkle some water from the bowl kept aside. Make both the sides wet but not soggy. Press it gently to remove excess water.</p>
<p>6. Put 2 tbsp of stuffing on the wet bread. And very gently roll the sides of the bread to cover the stuffing. The stuffing should be completely covered. And try to make the seam even.</p>
<p>7. Once the bread roll is even on all the sides, keep it aside and repeat the process with rest of the bread slices.</p>
<p>8. Heat oil in a pan on medium temperature and fry the rolls till those become golden brown.</p>
<p>9. Serve stuffed bread roll with your favourite sauce.</p>

<p>• 1/6 cup onion chopped</p>
<p>• 1 tablespoon chat masala</p>
<p>• 3-4 green chillies</p>
<p>• ½ cup tamarind puree</p>
<p>• ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder</p>
<p>• ½ teaspoon black salt</p>
<p>• 2 teaspoon sugar</p>
<p>• Salt to taste</p>

<p>1. Whisk yogurt and sugar. Mix well and put into freeze it.</p>
<p>2. Mix flour, semolina, salt, oil and water together and make soft dough. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.</p>
<p>3. Divide into 5 and roll each ball. Make you desire shape (cut with cookie cutter or small or big square shape).</p>
<p>4. Heat the pan with and fry them on slow heat till those become light golden brown.</p>
<p>5. Make tamarind puree, black salt, cumin powder and sugar and keep aside.</p>
<p>6. Mix chick peas, potato, half of chillies chaat masala and salt.</p>
<p>7. Arrange papri in a plate and add spiced chick peas, cucumber, tomato, onion, chillies and coriander on each papri.</p>
<p>8. Top up with cold yogurt, tamarind sauce, papri and gram flour noodles.</p>
<p>9. Enjoy the flavour of Papri chaat/ Papdi chaat.</p>

<p>Ingredients For Vegetables Samosa:</p>
<p>For Stuffing:</p>
<p>• 200 grams finly slice cabbage</p>
<p>• 80 gram grated carrot</p>
<p>• 1/6 teaspoon turmeric</p>
<p>• ¼ teaspoon cumin</p>
<p>• ½ sliced medium onion</p>
<p>• 2 chopped green chillies(optional)</p>
<p>• 1 tablespoon coriander leaves</p>
<p>• 1 tablespoon oil</p>
<p>• Salt to taste</p>
<p>For Dough:</p>
<p>• 1 cup plain flour</p>
<p>• ½ teaspoon salt</p>
<p>• Oil for deep fry</p>
<p>Also need 1/4 cup dry flour for rolling and to make glue.</p>
<p>How to make:</p>
<p>1. Heat the pan on medium high with oil and add the cumin.</p>
<p>2. When cumin is crackle and add sliced onion.</p>
<p>3. Fry the onion till it becomes soft and add tumaric. Cook about 1 minute and add cabbage.</p>
<p>4. Stir it and cook it about 2 minutes. Add carrot.</p>
<p>5. Cook it till it becomes tender and cooperate nicely.</p>
<p>6. Add the chillies and coriander and stir it.</p>
<p>7. Remove from heat and keep aside.</p>
<p>8. First dissolve the salt in 1 tablespoon water and mix flour in that. Add about ½ cup and 1 tablespoon water. Knead it and make it smooth soft dough. Let it sets at least 15 minutes.</p>
<p>9. Make 5 balls in that dough and roll each ball in dry flour. Try to make 8” long and 6” wide oval shape bread and use a knife to make rectangle.</p>
<p>10. Heat the pan on low heat and fry the bread about 30 second in both sides and cut length wise.</p>
<p>11. Take2 teaspoon flour and add 3 teaspoon water to make glue.</p>
<p>12. Take bread and glue it in one side of length wise.</p>
<p>13. Make a cone and stuff the cone with vegetables stuffing and glue the top part and close it like envelop.</p>
<p>14. Repeat the process with rest of breads and deep fry them in low heat till Samosa becomes golden brown.</p>
<p>15. Serve vegetables samosa hot.</p>
<p>Tips: some people like double fry Samosa. In that case fry them till somasa becomes light golden and take off from oil. After 5 minutes fry them again and make then golden brown.</p>
